#LetHerRun
We are joining Marathon Sports and soundRUNNER's intiative, Let Her Run. The #LetHerRun Women's Safety Campaign was built to help raise awareness for the safety of female runners who run alone are are constantly cat-called, followed, attacked or harrassed while out for a jog. The goal is to help educate our community on how to respect female runners, to refrain from cat-calling, following, attacking, and injuring women. Most importantly, to just let females run!
Women & Family Life Center
Women and Family Life Center (W&FLC) empowers women and families to face challenges and transitions in their lives with strength and confidence. The Center offers women and families access to a strong network of support, education and community to make life transitions a time of positive change during a time of isolation, fear, and financial distress.
New Horizons
New Horizons supports and empowers victims and survivors of domestic violence in Middlesex County. Their mission is to end domestic violence. Services provided include a 24-hour hotline, emergency shelter, court advocacy and support, individual and group therapy and counseling, and community education.
